Our bonded Tabby's love their Bijou Tower(basic model). The quality is so nice, and sturdy for these active siblings and their zoomies. This was designed in a thoughtful way to make it easy to assemble with clear directions. I just laid everything out and then put it together like a puzzle. The tower doesn't feel bulky in our space. It's beautiful. Communication with Phil before and after the purchase, shows how much he cares. This arrived quicker than expected and was packed carefully. VERY well built! Any cat owner will know that it’s hard to find things that can withstand the wear and tear of our little fur balls but this just might do it. Ingenious as well to have replaceable parts which will be great to have as my cat scratches his way through the scratcher. Super fast shipping and great communication with the seller. Extremely quick shipping and perfectly packed. The clearest and well thought out assembly instructions ever! Our 3 cats took to it immediately and it so happened their fluffy mats fit perfectly! Our cats loved it! Glad we got the dome as they love resting in it. Also the version where there are holes on the side is great as you can play with the cats through these holes. All in all a great purchase, thanks!
